Possession of a Controlled Substance-Twenty-year old Jose Angel Gutierrez was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this morning after agents at the port found him in possession of methamphetamine. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Driving While Intoxicated w/Child under 15/Child Endangerment-Deputies this morning arrested twenty-five year old Ana Llely Del Bosque after a traffic stop conducted on the 2007 Ford Fusion she was operating found her in an intoxicated state while traveling in the vehicle with a passenger under fifteen years of age. Further investigations revealed Ms. Del Bosque had also let her two children (aged five and one) unattended at her residence. Del Bosque was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. Contact was made with the children, who were recovered safely and released to a family member.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant on the 200 block of FM 2030 reported a known female subject entered his residence and took the keys to his vehicle(2010 Ford Focus) and left the area without consent. A formal report was filed and the vehicle was entered to the system as stolen.
Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to the 2100 block of Nicolas Street after several family members reported being assaulted by a male subject who was in an intoxicated state and became upset for no reason. The subject, nineteen year old Abraham Cisneros, was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
